The Art of Sutra

Sutra comes from Sanskrit, the ancient and sacred language of India. It also describes the teachings of the Buddha, the enlightened being who have mastered the truth, the knowledge and path of liberating the soul from samsara (continuous cycle of birth). Living is an Art, and Life is a blessing. Everything I do in my artwork – is a reflection of who I am – my soul mission and my contribution to humanity.

The Book of Life, who, why and where

Before I came across with the book Akashic Records, heralding about the information disseminated by the late Edgar Cayce regarding the Hall of Records (to tell you the truth, I haven’t read it since I received it from the post office one-month ago) my spiritual group was already talking about the Book of Life, prior of knowing what is Akashic Records. We also call it the “Book of Life”. My friend, Chung introduced the terminology, which he refers as “Buku Kehidupan” or in English, the “Book of Life”.

He said that he used this invisible book when he traces the incarnated life of a person. One occasion, I saw him giving consultation; he made a movement like opening a book and informed the person about his interpretation.

This gives me the inspiration to channel what Chung refers as “Book of Life” into a written manifestation. It was very striking, because my spiritual sources told me that it requires 3 pieces of bond paper to record the past, present and future. But if I want to use the larger size, it can do.

What came out of the drawing is a mystery and secret. It’s not for public view.

Are alien beings my ancestor?

I’m a gifted person who can channel automatism in writing and art. I once asked myself a profound question “Who is my first ancestor?”. I grab a paper and pen and wait for my hand to move. As it started to draw, I was startled to see the figure of a woman with tall head, bald on top, curly hair on the side, long face with freckles. Her arms are long and the fingers too. She’s wearing a vest and a costume that looks like in science fiction. She has jelly-like legs. In my surprise to see the finished drawing in half-human form, I didn’t believe it and in dismay I tore my drawing.

After several days, when I was browsing the Internet; I came across to some website with articles about a certain artifact dug in Peru. The title of the artifact is, ‘Alien Skull”. In my disbelief, I saw the skull’s tall head very similar to my drawing. And I said to myself, never again will I doubt what has been channeled to me. I asked forgiveness to my Alien ancestor and hope that they will give me more proofs of their existence.

Thanks to Perla for her books. She sent me books about the late Edgar Cayce, Lemuria and Atlantis, Akashic Records and Channeling your Higher Self. This gives me firm beliefs that we are evolving spiritually in the same manner no matter where we are. My experiences are detailed in the books. Most of the contents I already knew.

Spiritual Cleansing by Fire

The ritual of Agni Hotra Ceremony is the way to cleanse the spirit within (microcosmo) and the Universal Spirit (macrocosmo). In Agni Hotra, the priest offers clarified butter, the symbol of religious principles, into the fire, which represents the mouth of the Cosmic Being. Along with the offering of clarified butter five types of grains-rice, wheat, barley, rye and dhal, all produced of the earth-are also offered in the fire. This too is performed with the chanting of mantras.

Spiritual Cleansing by Air

An evening of chanting and prayers. It is believed that chanting invokes celestial spirits, cleanses the aura of the person and spins the chakra. After praying the Panca Sembah (Balinese way of praying), the participants will be requested to chant several mantras repetitiously.

The hymns and incantations that fill the air bring the mind to total concentration in a very relaxing way. From alpha or beta wave to delta wave, emptying the thoughts and achieving the zero point where the higher self enters the consciousness. Focusing on the mantra, the chakra spins and cleanses the aura of the self.

Let's embark on a spiritual journey to the land proclaimed between Heaven and Earth.

In Bali, it is believed that all the above symbols and elements are found in the human body as the microcosmic model of the universe (being the macrocosm). For that reason the human body is attracted to the macrocosmic positive and negative energy (Yin and Yang/Chinese version or Ing and Yang/Hindu Bali version), which is interrelated to the stability of emotional, mental and physical upbringing and growth of an individual.

The disharmony of the elements may cause blocking of energy flows. When the energy is blocked, the aura (of the person) changes to dark or even grayish in color. This attracts negative energy that makes a person easily exhausted which may results in weakening. The direct influences may be health failure, emotional and mental stresses or even shall we say, “bad luck”.

How do you gain disharmony and harmony of the elements?
The disharmony effects are derived by overdoing yourself or by opposite, not doing anything.

In order to revive the healthy condition of the elements, it is suggested to try and understand the spirituality inside, learn to respect the body, seek information that will nurture the spirit and put righteousness in practice.

The Sea and the Mountain

The Sea and the Mountain.

two places so sacred
gateway of peace and harmony

The traditions only the spirit knows,
the body just follows.

The Balinese believe that the mountain is the dwelling of all-benevolent spirit, the ancestors, the deities, and the Supreme Being; where as the sea is the place to cleanse impurities from inappropriate acts. For that reason, the concept of Nyagara-Gunung (Mountain and Sea) is adopted as the best destination for Spirit Journey, the sea being the place to absolve the negative karma and the mountain to bring us closer to the higher source.

The mountain is also linked to Shiva as the Lingga, manifested as benevolent and masculine energy. The sea is associated to Yoni or Shakti, where its power is feminine, gentle or passionate. This shows the Yin and Yang representation.

In Bali, there are many ancient Shiva sites with lingam and yoni stones. Most of the big temples in Bali have Shiva lingam and yoni stones inside the large shrines or meru (similar structure like the Pagoda). Or the stones are displayed on top of edifice.
